I have also fixed a few other warnings that show up with lintian and have to reimort the upstream source to exclude some non DFSG files [1]: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=873227 On Mon, Mar 19, 2018 at 9:47 AM, Jose Gutierrez de la Concha <j...@zeroc.com > wrote: > Hi Adam, > > The problem is your build is picking JDK 9 that is not supported by gradle > 3.x included in SID this requires at least gradle 4.2.1 [1]. > I guess I should update the package to depend in JDK 8 and ensure this is > used until gradle 4.2.1 is available > > [1] https://blog.gradle.org/java-9-support-update > > On Sat, Mar 17, 2018 at 6:08 PM, Adam Borowski <kilob...@angband.pl> > wrote: > >> On Tue, Mar 13, 2018 at 10:32:29AM +0100, Jose Gutierrez de la Concha >> wrote: >> > * Package name : zeroc-ice >> > Version : 3.7.0-1 >> > >> > I requesting sponsor upload for 3.7.0 version for zeroc-ice package it >> > includes the following >> > new binary packages and I as DM cannot upload the new version if it >> > contains new package: >> > >> > ACL dm: NEW uploads are not allowed >> > >> > https://github.com/zeroc-ice/ice-debian-packaging/ >> >> Alas, it fails to build for me: >> Could not determine java version from '9.0.4'. >> >> Full build log attached. >> >> >> Meow! >> -- >> ⢀⣴⠾⠻⢶⣦⠀ >> ⣾⠁⢠⠒⠀⣿⡁ A dumb species has no way to open a tuna can. >> ⢿⡄⠘⠷⠚⠋⠀ A smart species invents a can opener. >> ⠈⠳⣄⠀⠀⠀⠀ A master species delegates. >> > > > > -- > José Gutiérrez de la Concha > ZeroC, Inc. > -- José Gutiérrez de la Concha ZeroC, Inc.
