Package: solaar
Version: 0.9.2+dfsg-8
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Installing solaar in Debian-testing under XFCE with icon theme "Tango" and
adding it to the startup list in XFCE settings.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
There is no way to get it working with icon theme Tango.
Situation is somewhat
better with icon theme "Adwaita", however still it happens that it does not
find a receiver. If now I quit solaar, run "solaar show -v" in a X-term and
start solaar again it works perfectly - until I logout and -in again.
Then I have to call solaar-cli again to get the UI work.
As said, wit icon theme Tango there is no way to get it work.
In Stretch all warks fine also with Tango.
For completeness here the output of soolar-cli:
