The octave-pkg-dev has been superseded by dh-octave and will be soon
deprecated. Please, find attached to this bug report a patch for
updating the biosig4c++ source package, accordingly.
I am hereby changing the severity of this bug report to "important",
since I plan to request the removal of the octave-pkg-dev from testing
and unstable very soon.
If nobody objects, I will upload to unstable version 1.3.0-2.3 with
the fix that I proposed in the patch.
