This package has a strict "upstream first" policy, so any changes have
to be accepted by GNU config upstream, first.
Have you already written to/talked to GNU config upstream? Please
contact him directly, and feel free to CC this bug report. Once a final
version of the patch is accepted on the upstream VCS for GNU config, I
will upload a new version to Debian...
