Upstream seems to have disappeared quite some years ago I'm afraid. TBH I'm strongly considering requesting gmemusage's removal - as you've pointed out, it has several issues (the main one being that it doesn't understand multithreaded apps - at the time I don't think there _was_ a way to tell but I suspect this has changed in NPTL).
