Thanks for the patch, I’ve applied it with the following tweak:
build-arch binary-arch:
Without that, dh decides that since debian/rules mentions only
build/build-indep/binary/binary-indep, it should only invoke arch-independent
stanzas when running an any,all build, which results in empty binary
packages.
