* What led up to the situation?
Neither was 'sudo' installed after a minimal install, nor does
the package declare a dependency on 'sudo'
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Tried to install pgadmin4-apache2 from apt.postgresql.org
* What was the outcome of this action?
The installation failed at the postinst script.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
The proper installation of pgadmin4-apache2 to the point where I
can start to customise the configuratiton.
