Hi,

Thanks for reporting this, although it is not really related to
the Perl update.  It's caused by a certificate used in stunnel's
upstream test suite that expired on April 13th, 2018.  The upstream
developers are aware of the problem and have stated that they will
soon release a new version of stunnel with an updated test certificate.

Still, thanks for reporting this, and for all your work on Debian!
