They did not include it on microcode public release 2018-03-12, and have not released a newer update yet. Since we don't know why it is not in the public release, we are not distributing it in the intel-microcode packages either. That said, ensure you are at the latest firmware. Almost every vendor has already issued updates for boards that take something as recent as a Xeon E5v4... -- Henrique Holschuh
