I configured r2e as described in the man page quick start and run
it. It did not work but gave this info:

I got no rss emails. This is true for rss feeds for instance of
The Guardian WebSite https://www.theguardian.com/ as two other
german newspaper websites.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
To get some emails.
For this bug report I downloaded rss2email for buster and rebuild
it on stretch in order to test it.
