hi bugs.d.o maintainers, this thread (which now became this bug) started with wondering why bugs in packages in $suite-backports should not be reported to the BTS. I don't know if a bug exists about it. I've just checked and there's no bug against bugs.d.o with "backports" in it's title, thus filing one: bugs.d.o should not inform maintainers about bugs in bpo versions if the bpo-uploader is not listed in maintainers or uploaders.
