Clicking 'Restart' will sometimes capture the wrong interface if new
interfaces have been brought up since the original capture was started.
To reproduce:
+ Unplug eth0 so 'ip link' shows the interface as down.
+ Start a capture on wlan0
+ Plug in eth0, allowing Network Manager to bring it up
+ In wireshark, Restart the capture
= Wireshark starts displaying packets from eth0 :-(
