I extracted the build-rdeps for fpc, fp-compiler, lazarus, lazarus-ide and lcl-utils and got the following list.
adlibtracker2 castle-game-engine cqrlog dozzaqueux el-ixir fpc gearhead gearhead2 hedgewars imapcopy lazarus nbc optgeo pasdoc transgui tuxcmd view3dscene vmg winff ztex-bmp None of them seem to show up in the transition tracker, so it seems this issue only affects user-built code, not anything packaged in Debian. I'm going ahead with preparing an upload of fpc.
