Sure. I just uploaded dvtm_0.15-3, that depends on ncurses-term (>> 6.1+20180210-2) into DELAYED/10. As such, I expect it to arrive at 2018/05/22. I propose you to make new upload of ncurses-term with apporiate Breaks/Depends into DELAYED in such way, that our packages arrive at same time.
