Hello devscripts maintainers!
I tend to add debian/changelog entries like:
* debian/control
- bump Standards-Version to 4.1.4 (no changes needed)
(for every file/group of files the change is about) and then add every
additional change under that initial entry.
when i `debcommit -a` it presents this commit msg:

debian/control
* debian/control
- bump Standards-Version to 4.1.4 (no changes needed)
```
can you teach debcommit to just take the text 'bump Standards-Version to 4.1.4
(no changes needed)', as it would do for every other additional entry after the
first?
