I wasn't including).

I am seeing the same message with openmpi 3.1.0-1 as in #841643:
symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openmpi/lib/openmpi3/mca_mtl_ofi.so:

Let me know if I should re-open and merge the bug reports.
