groff 1.19.2 is out, and it would be nice if the groff package were updated to it. 1.18.1.1 is from 2004, and 1.18.1[0] is from 2002.
Additionally, the version after 1.19.2 should have better Unicode input support. But it would be nice to have at least rudimentary support, groff-style in 1.19.2. [0] According to the Debian changelog, the only upstream difference between these versions is "an updated groffer script".
