libpcsclite1 now only contains the /usr/lib/libpcsclite.so.1.0.0 library. The /usr/lib/libmusclecard.so.1.0.0 file is now in a different package: libmusclecard1 libmusclecard1 is is NEW (http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html) so libpcsclite1 1.3.0-1 should move in testing at the same time than libmusclecard1.
