Greetings....two more of us have commented on this bug. I have a fully updated install & am experiencing this problem (nothing pinned). I have posted the nvidia-bug-report via a google drive link in the bug report. Still running 390.59-1, the system works with no GL apps working properly. Cairo Dock shows artifacts during animations. GLXGears looks "normal" (several 100fps low). My baseline game (Linux version of UT2004) runs at about 10~15fps. All newer games run about 1~2fps. I have not reverted back--am able to test if more information is needed.
