Dear Maintainer,

The new version of the Xserver (1.20) has support for a xorg.conf 
OutputClass section.
This makes the glx-alternative system obsolete.

The NVidia package could ship a nvidia.conf file in 
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d

Section "OutputClass"
        Identifier      "NVidia Modules"
        MatchDriver     "nvidia-drm"
        Driver          "nvidia"
        Option          "AllowEmtyInitialConfiguration"
        ModulePath      "/usr/lib/nvidia"
