If I'm not mistaking, the standard in Debian is to have folders in /var/log owned by the "adm" group, so anyone in that group can read logs, while still keeping things safe (ie: not world readable). Please do that for redis-server. Thanks for maintaining this package, Cheers, Thomas Goirand (zigo)
