Package: aptitude
Version: 0.4.1-1
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
To use aptitude in cron-apt, I would like to be able to use a
construction like
DPkg::Pre-Install-Pkgs { "if [ "$DO_APT_LISTCHANGES" != "no" ]; then
/usr/bin/apt-listchanges --apt || test $? -ne 10; fi"; };
which allows to disable the hook if running from cron-apt.
Unfortunately, the quotes do not seem to get through to the shell
invoked, regardless of how I quote them.
Please document how to do this.
Greetings
Marc
