Control: fixed -1 4.8-12 Control: retitle -1 elastix does not start: symbol lookup error: elastix: undefined symbol: _ZN8vnl_math5hypotEdd
Hi, I'm not seeing this failure in buster (with the the newer ITK-4.12). Unfortunately I don't know how to test if the program actually works beyond not crashing at startup. Bug retitled because on stretch, I am seeing the error, but I get two d's in the error message: "...Edd" instead of "...Ed". -- Juhani -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.16.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fi_FI.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fi_FI.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=fi_FI.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages elastix depends on: ii libc6 2.27-3 ii libgcc1 1:8.1.0-5 ii libgdcm2.8 2.8.6-2 ii libgomp1 8.1.0-5 ii libinsighttoolkit4.12 4.12.2-dfsg1-2 ii libstdc++6 8.1.0-5 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.11.dfsg-1 elastix recommends no packages.
