Dear APT maintainers, With APT::Install-Recommends=true or --install-recommends, apt-get silently continues when it fails to install recommended packages. I have two requests (do you want two bugs?) - It would be nice if apt-get would show a warning that recommended packages were not (all) installed. - It would be nice if there was an option to let apt-get abort if recommended packages can't be installed when asked to do so.
