Tracker page says it is waiting for e.g. armel However https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=kicad&suite=sid says 'armel is not present in the architecture list set by the maintainer' AFAIK is https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=901435 about a request to fix the deadlock.
