please remove plv8 from unstable. Upstream is very much alive, but plv8 uses V8 which is no longer a shared library. To build statically, a huge pile of around 30 GB of nested git clones is needed, which bundles about everything that chromium needs. There is no way this can sanely be supported in Debian.
