I actually find it to be a bit of a loss that it will no longer be true
that `dgit setup-new-tree` can be equated in one's head with with "run
all the setup-foo subcommands".

May I suggest `update-vcs-git`?  Especially since the most common use
for the command will be updating the remote, not adding it.
