With the following settings:
check network eth0 with interface eth0
if changed link capacity then alert
monit is spamming me with spurious "monit alert -- Link up eth0"
messages every 2 minutes! I currently have no Ethernet cable, so
that "Link up eth0" is wrong, and there are no recent lines about
eth0 in the journalctl output.
This issue did not occur in the past.
