hm, here's another example of thunderbird being apparently uninstallable by apt: https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/fail/enigmail_2:2.0.7-10.log I'm opening this as a proper ticket in the BTS now, because it's cropping up in multiple places and i want a canonical URL to keep track of it. I also note that several buildd machines failed to build thunderbird 1:52.9.0-1 recently: https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=thunderbird&ver=1%3A52.9.0-1&suite=sid so perhaps there is some sort of library transition underway that i don't understand. If it clears up on its own, i have no objection to closing the bug report, but i'd love to see some sort of note about what specifically is going wrong here. --dkg
