control: retitle -1 sddm should call Xsession with default shell (/bin/sh)

Hi,

As discussed in
  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=891068

sddm calls Xsession with user login shell instead of default shell
(/bin/sh).  This cuases problem if user uses zsh etc.
