Source: audacious Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable Dear Maintainer,
-- System Information: Debian Release: 9.4 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 4.9.0-3-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Audacious suddendly does no more acctept standard URLs like this: http://servername:port/file. In my case it was "http://relay.publicdomainproject.org:80/modern_jazz.aac". This worked fine for a while - same on all other media players, because it's a real trivial pointer to some source. Then I just checked out the audacious features, playing around all the multiple options. I really can not remember what I tried all - but suddendly the above mentioned URL failes with the error message "Unknown URI scheme". How can this be??? I "purged" audacious with the apt-tool, then reinstalled it, but the problem persists.
