So we can close the bug once wcc is installable again, or shall we
retitle it again to FTBFS + tag unreproducible? (Sorry for the
potential retitle mess I might have caused. In retroperspective, two
separate bug reports would have been better, but I realised only late
that one bug wasn't just a follow up issue of the other.)
