mandos' initramfs boot script reads and parses /conf/conf.d/cryptroot. Since cryptsetup 2:2.0.3-2 this file no longer exists; we cryptsetup package maintainers replaced and it changed its format (without notice as it was undocumented and thus internal to src:cryptsetup). Packages outside of src:cryptsetup must stick to the documented interface; and in use cases where it's not enough, ask us to extend it rather than using internal details that are subject to change without notice.
