Other than what Lisandro said in #905032 [1], note that due to the
involved packages this means entangling the libraw transition with the
Qt 5.11 one.

So please wait at least for the completion of the Qt 5.11 transition,
and possibly also for the fixes to the above FTBFSes (which are either
not even reported upstream, or just recently reported).
