Marco pointed me at https://phabricator.kde.org/D9341 which is a review
request of Michael Weghorn's qt5Port branch from gitlab:

https://gitlab.com/michaelweghorn/kprinter4/tree/michaelweghorn/qt5Port

I have now integrated that into the kprinter4 packaging, and after
adjusting Build-Depends it built fine. However, I don't run KDE5 right
now, so can't test it. If somebody running KDE5 could run a smoke-test
on it that would be appreciated, I'v uploaded the package (along with
the source package here):

Thanks,

Michael
