Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
It seems that current d/watch file is sometimes complicated.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I did short presentation at DebConf18, Aug 3.

In this slide, I just pointed out that current d/watch file is
sometimes complicated. Then make a proposal that update to new format
(v5) can solve it.
e.g Diff between old and new rule

I had forgot Q&A time completely, so I couldn't discuss with attendees.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Getting feedback about a proposal to make it better. It doesn't
matter that a proposal is accepted or not, it is important to
improve the situation.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
N/A
I will depart early morning Aug 4, have a enjoy rest of DebConf18!
