The current version of gimp is incompatible with openblas (#903514). julia and libjulia0.6 currently depend on libopenblas-base. I suggest that they should instead depend on the virtual packages libblas.so.3 and liblapack.so.3 (which can also be provided by liblapack3 and libblas3, resp., and libatlas3-base provides both) - assuming of course that julia will work that way.
