The main functionality it provides is axial and radial cutter-projection algorithms against polyhedral (triangulated) surfaces. Along with OpenVoronoi, OpenCAMLib was recently relicensed to allow for inclusion in FreeCAD's Path Workbench. I plan on packaging this under the Debian Science Team.
