Dear Maintainer,
bugs 900533, 902909 have been long closed, but unforuntately that is
completely irrelevant for those of us who are running stable and had a
security update pushed on us that has broken most the the www's
functionality:

stable/updates is affected by this bug, and testing is uninstallable
on a stable system. Downgrading all the way back to 63 is not exactly
a secure solution. I have not yet verified whether it is safe to
downgrade to a previously cached version 66.0.3359.117-1~deb9u1 that
most people won't have available to them.
Please ensure the fix is pushed to security updates in a timely
fashion - it appears to have taken nearly 2 months so far if I
understand the timelines correctly.
