Perhaps, but I think that the man page could be improved a bit.
It has already been improved since I had reported the bug, with
the mention of PAM in the DESCRIPTION section. But this may not
be very clear to the user. I suggest to add something like that
at boot time, PAM may not be up yet, so that su might not work
as wanted.
