Recently unstable has seen fit to switch from sysvinit to systemd-sysv to boot sysv installations. Usbguard was not active until the next boot, when it locked out my usb keyboard. Perhaps, had it been properly started and configured under a sysvinit style boot up, that would not have caused me so many problems. It became a system killing bug for me, serious if not grave.
