Hello, I would request possibility to backport vips (specifically, libvips-dev) from buster (8.6.5-1) to stretch-backports (stretch proper currently at 8.4.5-1). Reason - libvips v8.5+[0] provides helpful `vips_thumbnail()` operation[1] which can be used by downstream libraries packages that provide thumbnailing features (e.g. in my case Ruby's `ruby-vips`). Backport dependency check via Judd bot reports all clear and locally built backport works (thumbnail creation) just fine.
