I don't know about guile-gnome-platform but the current version has support for guile-2.2 so it might be only a rebuild changing the build-depends is needed. Since the package has currently no maintainer you could perhaps give it a try and upload the change yourself if that seems to work? In any case it has only one rdepends (gwave) so I think it should be doable to get those sort out one way or another beofre buster. Note that we switched aisleriot to guile-2.2 some days ago which is also a step in the right direction to remove 2.0 https://packages.qa.debian.org/a/aisleriot/news/20180823T170429Z.html One question following that update, dh_strip tries to strip the .go files and error out ... do you know if that's expected or a bug in dh_strip? We added an override to use -X.go for now but that seems a workaround/the wrong place to fix that Cheers, Sebastien Bacher
