I'm going to guess that you have some module in your Apache config that is linked against a version of libmysqlclient that is different to what mod-auth-mysql is (15). You need to work out what that module is and upgrade it. Alternately, downgrading to 4.3.9-2 and pinning everything in place should solve the problem -- at least until the other module gets upgraded, at which point everything will start segfaulting again.
