Package: freecol Version: 0.11.6+dfsg2-1 Severity: important Tags: patch Dear Maintainer,
The freecol package tries to start up the JVM for freecol with the JVM option -Xincgc. This option has been removed some time before OpenJDK 10, causing startup to fail. Removing the option makes the game start on my machine. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.17.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages freecol depends on: ii default-jre [java8-runtime] 2:1.10-68 ii java-wrappers 0.3 ii libcommons-cli-java 1.4-1 ii libcortado-java 0.6.0-4 ii libmiglayout-java 5.1-1 ii openjdk-10-jre [java8-runtime] 10.0.2+13-1 freecol recommends no packages. freecol suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
