This seems to be an upstream issue since
https://dict.tu-chemnitz.de/dings.cgi?service=deen&opterrors=0&optpro=0&query=primary+schools&iservice=
also shows these transposed characters.
P.S.: http://dict.tu-chemnitz.de/ redirects to
https://dict.tu-chemnitz.de/, so maybe the upstream URL in the long
package description should be updated to HTTPS, too. (Maybe it even
makes even sense to give the binary package trans-de-en its own distinct
Homepage header and to move the URL from the package description there.)
