I've been keeping an eye on haveged since I contributed some fixes, 2 years ago; in particular, I've prepared some packaging fixes and moved the repo to Salsa in February, and I would be very happy to (co-)maintain it. The main reason the upload for the changes made in February (and the import of the new upstream version) didn't happen yet, is that upstream failed to publish a signature file along the release tarball. I've tried emailing them several times about it, but it doesn't look like they got my messages at all; I put them in X-Debbugs-CC in case the BTS somehow gets through.
