in order for firefox-esr to migrate to testing we need the binaries from 52.9 removed. As rustc and cargo are not available yet on mips and mipsel, firefox-esr needs to be removed for now. Then firefox-esr-dev and the cruft firefox-esr-l10n-* packages can hopefully go as well. Cheers, Julien
