Package: debhelper
Version: 11.4
Severity: normal
File: /usr/share/man/man7/debhelper.7.gz

The description for compat level 11 says:

> The makefile buildsystem now passes INSTALL=install --strip-program=true to
> make(1).

Without quoting here, I first tried to look up a --strip-program option
to *make*, before I realized that this passes
INSTALL='install --strip-program=true' to make. Please include
appropriate quoting.
