Hello,in https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/issues/18337#note_456628 CMake upstream suggested to use --system-libuv as additional bootstrap argument to use external libuv.
Maybe that would make the patch obsolete and the Debian rules more robust because libuv versions in Debian might be better adjusted to all of its tartet platforms?
